Biography

Elizabeth directs the UCLA Library Digital Library Program, which makes rare and unique cultural heritage materials available online in searchable and browseable websites. These websites include the UCLA Library Digital Collections(opens in a new tab), the Modern Endangered Archives Program(opens in a new tab), the International Digital Ephemera Project, the Frontera Collection of Mexican and Mexican-American Sound Recordings(opens in a new tab) and the Sinai Manuscripts Digital Library(opens in a new tab). She a certified instructor with The Carpentries(opens in a new tab), a nonprofit organization that teaches foundational coding and data science skills to researchers worldwide.
