Graduate Reading Room
Graduate students in health and life sciences can use this 24-hour study space.
The Graduate Reading Room is a 24-hour study space for graduate students in the Schools of Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing and Public Health, as well as in the life sciences division of the College. Others may not use the facility. The Center for Health Sciences (CHS) security conducts daily BruinCard checks to ensure all users follow this policy.
The Graduate Reading Room is accessible from the 8th stack level of the Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library during regular hours. Eligible users may access the reading room after hours via BruinCard swipe at CHS 32-001.
To keep the area accessible, safe and clean, please observe the following rules:
Anyone observed violating these rules can have their Graduate Reading Room privileges revoked and may be fined.
If you are eligible to use the Graduate Reading Room but your BruinCard does not authorize access, please fill out an access problem form. These are available at the Biomedical Library service desk.
