Adaptable OER: Communicative Activities for Beginning-level Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Language Textbooks

In this presentation, we will share our journey of creating and publishing adaptable open access educational materials for East Asian language teaching. We will focus on the adaptability of the open educational materials (OER) with respect to both the existing textbooks and the diverse needs of the classrooms. In addition, the student project participants, now graduates and language teachers, will share their experience creating original activities and implementing them in their teaching.
